What is Telehealth?

Telehealth allows you to easily connect with a GP or other Healthcare Professional over the telephone or video-conference for a consultation. You can now access and book a Telehealth consult from wherever you are. 

Who can access Telehealth?

Telehealth appointments are now available for patients with a valid Medicare or DVA card. All Telehealth appointments are Bulk Billed.

How do I book a Telehealth appointment?

To book an appointment you can either:

• Download the ForHealth HaloGP app
  
• Visit our online booking, select your GP and select “Telehealth” 
• Call the centre

At the time of your appointment, your doctor will call you and consult with you over the phone.
